Why an agent cares
It was the first agentic-checkout protocol to reach real merchants, and it shows what happens when the consumer surface goes away. The specification survives as payment infrastructure rather than as something a site publishes.
Why we do not score it
There is nothing on a site for a crawl to read, correctly or otherwise, so there is no present-but-wrong surface to score. That is why it is not a signal, independent of its adoption.
